These conditions of sale apply between the company Ma boîte à couture and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase on the website www.maboiteacouture.com.

The conditions applicable to the ordering of a product by a customer are those in force on the day of the order.

Any order placed on the www.maboiteacouture.com website implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any confirmation of an order implies your full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without exception or reservation.

All the data supplied and the recorded confirmation will be deemed proof of the transaction.

You declare that you are fully aware of them. Confirmation of the order will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

Sites outside the company with a hypertext link to this site and listed in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are not under the control of the company, which therefore declines all responsibility for their content. These links to other sites do not in any way constitute an approval or partnership between the company and this site, which are subject to their own conditions of use and privacy protection policies.

Article 2: The contract

Article 4: Prices

Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated and exclusive of processing and delivery costs.

If you order from a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Ma boîte à couture. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and competent bodies in your country. We advise you to enquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.

Ma boîte à couture reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price list in force at the time the order is validated and subject to availability.

The products remain the property of Ma boîte à couture until full payment has been received.

Thus, as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

Article 5: The customer

The customer must pay attention to the registration of his personal data and to the accuracy of the latter. Ma boîte à couture is not responsible in case of impossibility to deliver the product because of an error of the customer in the recording of his personal data.

Article 6: Order procedures

You can place an order via the www.maboiteacouture.com website, by validating your basket and following the purchase process. Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated. From the moment the order is validated, the customer accepts all the stipulations and this takes on the value of a contract. Article 8: Delivery

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, Ma boîte à couture products ordered are delivered, insofar as stocks are available, within the time indicated on the site from the time the order is validated.

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.

If your order exceeds €80 including VAT, delivery costs are free of charge in Metropolitan France only.

Shipments of several products ordered at the same time may be split according to product availability.

In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to you to inform you of any consequences for the delivery time indicated.

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you may cancel the order in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. Ma boîte à couture and the carriers being distinct and independent entities, Ma boîte à couture cannot be held responsible for any delay or error in delivery or loss of parcel attributable to the carriers proposed in the Delivery options. Article 9: Transfer of risks

The risks associated with the products are transferred to the customer when the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.

Article 10: Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

Returns must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this case, you are liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. All returns will be subject to a rigorous check by Ma boîte à couture to ensure that the products returned comply with quality requirements.

If you exercise your right to cancel, Ma boîte à couture will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days of being notified of your request. If the Order is not returned within this period, the Order will be deemed final and no refund will be made, except in the cases provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Article 11: Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as set out in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or reimbursed.

All claims, requests for returns, credit notes or refunds must be sent by e-mail to contact@maboiteacouture.com within 15 days of delivery.

Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, with all components (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal set out in Article 11.

Article 12: Liability

The products offered comply with current French legislation. Ma boîte à couture shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.
